The Journey: Finding Healing through Scripture from Life’s Hard Questions invites you to take an active role in your own healing journey. Rhonda Gould beautifully unfolds the truths of Scripture, through prayer, journaling, and our relationship with the Lord so we can find our way through the most difficult of circumstances. To heal from the pain of the past, we must be willing to deal with it head-on. This can be a scary thing at times, but not when we invite Jesus to be a part of the healing process.
In The Journey, Rhonda has developed seven easy to work through “milestones” to aid you in walking through your healing journey. Plus, she has included coloring sheets for the visual creative learner. However, most importantly she walks you through each step not just as a counselor or life coach, but with vulnerability and authenticity as someone who has walked through the difficult seasons of life and come out the other side. It’s time to embark on your own healing journey.

Rhonda’s workbook, “The Journey: Finding Healing through Scripture from Life’s Hard Questions”, came at God’s perfect timing. I was a little scared to work through the questions at first because I’m not big on self-reflection. I’m a “fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants” kind of girl. But God knew I needed to work on some emotional issues for myself that would also impact those around me. Rhonda’s questions were thought provoking and gentle. The process opened up some hidden wounds that needed to be healed so I could understand God’s love for me and his purpose for my life. This has allowed me to free up space in my heart to love others better. I think everyone should go through this process on a regular basis.

Well organized, totally biblical -great scriptures and use of scriptures in leading to healing, great action plan, wonderful connection of using the Lord’s prayer to show us the steps to healing. Loved the coloring pages with scripture. I believe this book will be a great source of help for many people if they just read it and use the process to help them find answers to their questions. I believe its a great tool for healing and helping each of us become more of whom God wants us to be in this life. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to read this! So blessed to know you and see your growth over the last 9 or 10 years. Love you girl!

Rhonda’s book, “The Journey:Finding Healing through Scripture from Life’s Hard Questions”, is a Front Line Read & workbook. It’s honesty and stories allow a wounded heart to relate through knowing they are not alone. It covers wounds, abuse, heartaches, betrayal and lost relationships. And challenges you to think through your experiences, your pain by processing it all to allow healing while championing you to brave the next level of healing.
Her love for the reader is evident. I believe Rhonda’s book would be a tool that anyone could use for personal revelation & healing.
