Meet Resi

2 Corinthians 4:8-9
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.

Good morning,
Meet Resi!

She is the newest addition to our family. When we started talking about buying me a fun run around car, my grands asked me what I was going to name it. They threw a few suggestions out there but nothing really seemed to fit. This was also before we had found the one we would buy. So now that we have her home, I’ve been thinking about that question. What is her name?
She’s pretty old for a vehicle, will be 25 next year and will be considered antique. I’ve been an antique for a while! She has definitely stood strong during her test in time. I feel like I can relate to her in that way. Even though she’s in pretty good shape, she has some blemishes that are visible but doesn’t take away from her beauty. I have my own. Her interior is worn a little thin but hasn’t split wide open yet. Me too! All in all she still has a solid footing on the ground and is ready to go out on a new adventure whenever she gets the chance. She’s not afraid to wear her scares for all to see because they prove how reliable, stable and able to weather the tough roads ahead of her. She is able to transform to the needs of the one driving her. And she has a renewed spirit with every new adventure. She’s my twin in car form.

With all that said, meet Resi! Short for Resilient.
She even came with a mix tap from the original owner.
Be watching for upcoming pics of the official naming party!
