Initial Call – 30 min phone or virtual session – This session is free to determine compatibility. Once an agreement is reached and a fee is determined, a Welcome Packet will need to be filled out and emailed to the coach.
Individual Coaching Sessions: Virtual or In-person
Block of 10 individual coaching sessions – 50 min sessions

In a setting where an organization is contracting with the coach and paying for the services, the coach will communicate with the organization to confirm that the client is following through with the commitment but will not communicate any part of the client/coach communications. It will be left up to the client to communicate that with the organization they are part of.
Expectations:
Goals – The Client sets the agenda and chooses the goals.
Encouragement – Encouraging, supporting, and affirming the client and being their personal cheer leader.
Accountability – Partnering with the client by holding them accountable for the changes they decide to make.
Growth – As the client processes what they have endured, they will remember where they came from, make changes.
Schedule:
The coaching schedule will be determined between the coach and the client.
The client is required to give a 24 hour notice in the case that a coaching session needs to be canceled. The coach will make every attempt to reschedule the session in cases where there is extreme need by the client.
The coach also has discretion to reschedule a scheduled session.
Confidentiality:
Our coaching relationship and all our conversations are strictly confidential unless the client choses to share that information, unless required by the court of law.
Payment:
Session agreement will be paid in FULL prior to first session in accordance to the agreement. Payment can be made Cash, Check, Paypal or Zelle through your bank.
Cancelation/Termination:
And cancelled sessions that are not rescheduled will be counted as a paid session in accordance with agreement.
There will be no refunds due to repeated late show or no show. In the event that the coach or client determine that the coaching relationship is not meeting the needs of the client or fulfilling the terms of the agreement, no refunds will be made or is at the discretion of the coach.
Rescheduling and Cancellations – Clients need to give a 24 hour notice if they have to cancel or reschedule. If there is an emergency, we will work around it. Otherwise, a missed appointment will count towards the agreement.
