Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Session agreement will be paid in FULL prior to first session in accordance to the agreement. Payment can be made Cash, Check, Paypal or Zelle through your bank.

Cancelation/Termination:

And cancelled sessions that are not rescheduled will be counted as a paid session in accordance with agreement.

There will be no refunds due to repeated late show or no show. 

In the event that the coach or client determine that the coaching relationship is not meeting the needs of the client or fulfilling the terms of the agreement, no refunds will be made or is at the discretion of the coach.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Clients need to give a 24 hour notice if they have to cancel or reschedule. 

If there is an emergency, we will work around it.  Otherwise, a missed appointment will count towards the agreement.
