Aroma

2 Corinthians 2:15

For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.

Can you close your eyes and breathe in deep?  Smell the aroma of clean country air, fresh cut grass, honeysuckle blooming in the woods edge, wood stove fire billowing through the chimneys and bacon cooking on the stove.  Those are the aromas of simple, peace filled love.  Imagine that we are that aroma to Christ!  The simple, peace filled love that He has for us! Imagine!

Lord, I’m grateful for Your love.  A love that never leaves, a love that never disappoints, a love that hangs on, a love that only wants the best and a love that will give beyond. To know that love is the greatest gift given.  Lord, please be with my family and friends.  I pray that they will understand the love You have for them.  Amen!
