James 1:19
Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;
Philippians 2:4
Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.
Proverbs 19:11
Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense.
We may agree, we may disagree or we may AGREE to DISAGREE! And you know what……….That’s okay! At least with most things of this world! The Lord laid out and made very clear some specific things that we should and should not do and everything else is up for opinion. Would you agree with that?
I use my blog to share! Share my story, my heart aches, my joys and my beliefs. When reading them you may find them interesting, touching and maybe even just flat wrong. But the words are me! I hope that God has prepared my words and I have expressed them in ways that will make you stop and think. Think about how you live your life! Are there changes that you need to make, do you need to love a bit more and hate a bit less, are there past experiences that you need to give over to Him so that He can heal you or are you holding on for dear life because it’s more comfortable than the unknown?
Regardless, I hope that you feel the love that I have for you simply because God made you. I don’t care if you agree with everything I say/write, I just don’t care. But I do care that we’re able to spend eternity in heaven together. So, I would love to hear from you. Drop me a comment on a blog post one day, so I will know if God touched your heart through my words. Remember, it doesn’t matter if we agree or disagree, I love you anyway and wish that I could sit down with each one of you, over a cup of coffee or hot tea and have some conversation.
Lord, I thank You for spending time with me in my quiet time and watching over me in my busyness. I thank You for nudging me to share my words. Lord I pray that I will continue to seek You for my life and I will always wait on You to guide me. I ask You Lord to be with my family and friends. Wrap Your arms around them and let them feel Your presence. Amen!
