Joy

Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is joy…….. against such things there is no law.

 As our lives touch this world, let the Lord live in our dwelling place!

1 Chronicles 16:27 Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy are in his dwelling place.

He came to earth to save the lost and there were many. Don’t let it be in vain!

1 Chronicles 16:27 Let the trees of the forest sing, let them sing for joy before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth.

Even in our sorrows, our pain, our many hurts, we can find joy where He lives!

Job 6:10 Then I would still have this consolation— my joy in unrelenting pain— that I had not denied the words of the Holy One.

If we are finding it hard to speak of the joys that we’ve received, ask Him to remind us!

Job 8:21 He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.

Psalm 5:11 But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you.

We will never be lacking when we pull our strength from Him!

Psalm 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

Ecclesiastes 8:15 So I commend the enjoyment of life, because there is nothing better for a person under the sun than to eat and drink and be glad. Then joy will accompany them in their toil all the days of the life God has given them under the sun.

Always seek Him out and He will find us!

John 16:24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

Never hold back from our children what He has given!

3 John 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

Lord even in my times of confusion, I can find joy in all that You have made clear.  I am so grateful!  My mind wonders so and I have a hard time reeling it in but all I have to do is speak Your name and You settle my soul.  I am so grateful!  Lord please be with my family and friends.  Wrap Your arms around them and keep them safe.  I know You will never give up on them and they will be able to find their Joy in You! Amen!
