Kindness

Galatians 5:22-23 

But the fruit of the Spirit is kindness…….. against such things there is no law.

Unfailing kindness…………..is for us too!

2 Samuel 22:51 “He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing kindness to his anointed, to David and his descendants forever.”

We are given kindness and we’re expected to give it away!

Job 6:14 “Anyone who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.

Even in our ugliness, He gives us kindness!

Isaiah 54:8 In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you,” says the Lord your Redeemer.

They are not easily counted, the kindness that the Lord gives!

Isaiah, 63:7 I will tell of the kindnesses of the Lord, the deeds for which he is to be praised, according to all the Lord has done for us— yes, the many good things he has done for Israel, according to his compassion and many kindnesses.

If we are to boast, we are to boast about our Lord’s kindness!

Jeremiah 9:24 but let the one who boasts about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the Lord.

Lord, You have shown me more than I deserve.  I am grateful for Your forgiveness in my weaknesses and I understand that Your kindness is ever lasting.  I pray Lord that I will always show others the kindness that I have been shown.  I ask You to be with my family and friends.  I ask You to continue to love them even in their failures and I pray they will understand Your kindness towards them. Amen!
