Life

Hebrews 12:12-13 

 Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.

Life will get us down, it will hurt and it will disappoint but life doesn’t have to keep us down.  There is a way that we can be healed from life.  It’s to die in Christ.  Soak Him up!  Embrace all that there is to have in Him!  He will not hurt and will not disappoint!  Life hurts…………Christ heals!  So when life starts bringing us to our knees use that opportunity to reach out to our Lord.  Keep our eyes on Him who can mold our bodies into His likeness.  Never let life keep us from being who He created us to be!

Dear Lord I come to You today needing healing from life.  I pray that I will seek Your truths and Your will for me and not let life get in my way.  I pray that my own desires and weaknesses will not continue to put road blocks on my path.  I pray that I will not let the actions of others direct my thoughts and sway my decisions.   Lord I desire to live the life that You have laid out for me and to do that I have to take me out of it!  Lord I thank You for always being here with me, helping me, guiding me, protecting me, supporting me, grooming me, showing me and loving me.  Lord, I pray for my family and friends.  That they will embrace all that there is to have in You!  I pray that they will not let life get in their way.  I thank You! Amen!
